MANUAL THERMAL SEALER for TRAYS , Without MOLDS:

• Made for packaging in PREFORMED TRAYS with MAXIMUM size of 260x190x155h mm seal with transparent FILM;
• Built in stainless steel and anodized aluminum ;
• Teflon-coated aluminum sealing plate with electronic temperature control (0°-200°C);
• Nine storable welding PROGRAMS;
• Acoustic and luminous alarm at the end of the cycle;
• The welding cycle takes place with the mold fully inserted by manually acting on the appropriate lever;
• The closing film is dragged automatically by inserting the mold into the machine and is then automatically cut at the end of the tray sealing cycle ;
• Film reel maximum dimensions - length 220 mm - diameter 200 mm .

OPERATION'

• Insert the tray into the mold placed on the guides,
• Push the mold to the BOTTOM towards the machine by gripping the athermic handle,
• Start the welding cycle by manually acting on the appropriate lever,
• At the sound of the BIP, the mold can be removed and the tray removed.
