MANUAL benchtop heat sealer for TRAYS, without MOLDS:

• made for packaging in PREFORMED TRAYS with a MAXIMUM measurement of 205x150x100h mm seal with transparent FILM;
• Made of stainless steel and anodized aluminium ;
• Teflon-coated aluminum sealing plate with electronic temperature control (0°-200°);
• Nine storable welding PROGRAMS;
• Acoustic and luminous warning at the end of the cycle;
• Motorized automatic welding, powered solely by electricity;
• The welding cycle is automatically activated when the mold is fully inserted;
• The closing film is automatically dragged by inserting the mold into the machine and is subsequently automatically cut at the end of the sealing cycle ;
• Maximum film reel dimensions : length 150 mm - diameter 160 mm .

OPERATION'

• Insert the tray into the mold placed on the guides,
• Push the mold FULLY towards the machine holding the athermal handle,
• Start the welding cycle by manually acting on the appropriate lever,
• At the sound of the BEEP you can extract the mold and remove the tray.
