Soot removers

SOOT REMOVER for WOOD OVENS and GRILLS :

• made of 304 Aisi 18/10 stainless steel , 15 mm thick,
• automatic operation with water fume treatment ,
• filtering with G2 755 micro-stretched mesh filters,
• water tank control and distribution via automatic float ,
• high pressure stainless steel water pump, heat resistance 110°C,
• Unbreakable, explosion-proof electrical control panel .

• NB- IMPORTANT:
• The flue, downstream (... at the exit) of the machine, must be airtight , as the condensation that will form inside will have to return/fall either inside the tank of the machine itself , or conveyed into a drain.
• The machine, in addition to breaking down soot, creates a ' draft effect ' helping to expel fumes from the exiting flue.
• If the flue is particularly long , winding and the use of an extractor is necessary, it is important to maintain the air speed in the flue within certain parameters that will be provided by the manufacturer.
