  • Evolution shovel, SHA (Special Hard Anodizing) aluminum head and avio-coloured anodized handle . The special SHA treatment is a hard oxide anodisation which guarantees maximum protection against corrosion, wear and friction, ensuring at the same time extreme smoothness and the same lightness of the timeless Azzurra.
  • The new perforation guarantees the discharge of the flour in two directions, guaranteeing an unparalleled result.
  • Advantages :
    • New optimized flour discharge drilling
    • Heat resistance . 3 times greater than anodized aluminium
