Rectangular pizza-pastry tray in aluminised sheet metal , complete range from 30x40 cm to 50x100 cm, with 2 cm high edge.

NOTE :

- Can be purchased in a minimum quantity of 6 pieces for sizes 600x400 mm

and 800x600 mm.

- For all other sizes (considered Non-Standard ) a minimum order of is required

10 pieces.

RULES FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE OF TRAYS

IMPORTANT :

Regardless of the type of material, all flat pans should never be baked empty .

Aluminised sheet pans

They must be kept oiled, but as the sheet metal is treated and coated with aluminium, they have greater resistance to oxidation.

Before use they should be placed in the oven at 150°C for half an hour , in order to eliminate the protective industrial oil.

They can be used in leavening and freezing rooms, preferably after cooking.

To clean, use a soft oiled cloth . Washing is not recommended.
