Wall UV-RAY KNIFE STERILIZER, capacity 14 KNIVES:

structure in AISI 304 stainless steel , glossy finish ;
transparent plexiglass door ;
magnetic closure;
removable knife holder rack to facilitate cleaning ;
suitable for knives, cleavers and other tools (max length 51 cm) ;
irradiation power : N ° 1 UV-C 16W lamp ;
lamp life : 9000 hours;
illuminated on / off switch;
safety microswitch for automatic shutdown when the door is opened ;
timer adjustable from 0 to 60 minutes.

OPERATION:
The device works with a timer: insert the knives into the holder.
After the set time (30 minutes is recommended) the knives will be sterilized and ready for use.
