RECTANGULAR PERFORATED PIZZA PEEL in ALUMINUM SHA, NAPOLI line, light, smooth and resistant, complete range :

This shovel was designed to meet the needs of pizza chefs who make pizza according to the Neapolitan style , therefore in traditional Neapolitan wood-fired ovens that reach 500 degrees and churn out a high number of pizzas.
The head is made of SHA aluminum . (Special Hard Anodizing). The special SHA treatment that our perforated rectangular pizza peel has undergone is a hard oxide anodization which guarantees:
- Heat resistance 3 times greater than anodized aluminium
- Greater lightness
- Durable, with great resistance to corrosion, scratches and wear
- Smoothness with very low friction coefficient
The disc of dough is usually lifted onto the rectangular shovel, accompanied by both hands and then expanded and stretched with skill towards the ends of the shovel. The drilling of the shovel head is functional to these movements: the design, the circular shape and the quantity of the holes allow the ideal discharge of the flour, taking into account the working gestures of the Neapolitan tradition.
SPC handle - Special Powder Coated . The color of the Gulf of Naples.
The 3 iconic rivets of Gi.Metal are colored with the colors of the Italian flag, symbolizing the guarantee of Made in Italy. They ensure stability and resistance.
