• Shovel with neutral anodized aluminum head and light blue anodized handle .
• It has a reduced weight compared to classic models but is extremely robust with an oval tubular handle to promote stability .
• The light and flexible head allows the spatula effect with special ribs that ensure the seal.
• Neutral anodizing makes the surface uniform and protects it from oxidation.
• The gentle and regular milling facilitates the rising of the pizza.
• The handle-head junction is made up of the overlapping of the two elements ensured by three large in-line rivets which guarantee safety and immovability, furthermore the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle gives greater comfort of use.
