PERFORATED PIZZA STICK in STAINLESS STEEL, AZURRA line, light, smooth and resistant, complete range :

Turning and baking paddle entirely made of stainless steel avoids heat transmission from the oven.
The bottom of the handle and the sliding intermediate handle are made of a special high-density polymer , highly resistant to impacts and heat.
The sliding element also fits onto the bottom of the handle so that the small peel stacked with the head downwards can immediately be gripped correctly.
