Mozzarella cutter for STRAY CUT, available in single-phase or three-phase version:

• machine body in stainless steel ;
• central body and cover in aluminium ;
• low voltage electric controls (start and stop buttons) and microswitches on the lid and handle;
• hourly production varies from 250 to 300 kg based on the discs used;
• using the different types of discs available it is possible to obtain a mixed fraying or a spaghetti cut with a high hourly production and an excellent product yield in cooking .
• NB Discs not included, available as options / accessories.
