POLISHING CUTLERY DRYER - Tools, semi-automatic, on stand with wheels:

• ACTIVE CONTROL technology which will allow you to simply and intuitively follow the different operating phases of your cutlery dryer directly from the control panel;
• new electronic board equipped with an LCD display that allows you to view the heating , drying cycles and the expected deadline for corn cob replacement ;
• great versatility : in addition to cutlery, other small metal utensils commonly used in all kitchens can be inserted;
• the drying and polishing of the cutlery takes place in a heated tank moved by a motor-vibrator and filled with 5 kg of CORN in hygroscopic granules ;
• the cutlery and utensils to be dried are placed in a special stainless steel basket and gradually immersed in the vibrating mass of hot corn granules ;
• at the end of the cycle (50 seconds) the basket is removed manually ;
• the corn cob is a vegetal and biodegradable product and can be used for approximately 120 working days.
