HOT countertop DISPLAY CABINET, with 2 TIERS in STAINLESS STEEL, suitable for GASTRO-NORM 1/1 containers:

• furnishing object capable of enhancing the product on display and the environment in which it is installed;
• stainless steel sheet structure , with scotch brite brushed finish;
• glass on 4 sides for displaying baked pastry products, brioches, croissants, muffins, etc.;
• the useful height space for the shelves is 15 cm ;
• drop-down plexiglass doors on the operator side ;
• 2 stainless steel shelves ;
• heating obtained with a high-efficiency radiant resistance housed in a special container, controlled by a thermostat adjustable from +30° to +90°C and indicator light;
• a stainless steel water drawer allows the humidification of the products ;
• base frame is supplied with removable tray, suitable for housing Gastro-Norm 1/1 containers ;
• uprights with a rounded square section and, together with the upper frame, give the structure exceptional sturdiness ;
• sides and front are in 4 mm thick tempered glass ;
• the upper surface is made of 5 mm thick tempered glass , fixed to the structure with 4 sturdy large-head screws;
• the hinges applied with pressure screws allow the door to open almost completely (170°);
• on-off light switch, plug-in cable with plug;
• Adjustable feet for perfect leveling.
