Gi.Metal's proposal for "Roman-style" or pizza peel pizza is to replace wood, commonly used for this type of pizza peel, in favor of a light, solid, long-lasting and certainly more hygienic material such as anodized aluminium .
Neutral anodizing makes the surface of the blade uniform, protecting it from oxidation, as well as guaranteeing incomparable lightness .
The holes reduce friction , the amount of excess flour and the weight of the tool . The special arrangement of the holes makes the tool more stable , subject to less bending, ensuring the handling of heavier pizzas.
